4.Location Tracking and Workforce Monitoring

Certain DalotIQ products include location-based functionality designed to support workforce visibility, attendance management, route optimization, audit verification, and operational reporting.

Depending on customer configuration, the Services may:

  • Record employee locations during work activities
  • Verify presence within designated geofenced areas
  • Track routes and visit histories
  • Validate attendance and field execution

Organizations deploying these features are responsible for obtaining any required employee notices or consents under applicable laws.

5.Permissions Used by Mobile Applications

Camera

To capture photographs, audits, inspections, documents, and workflow evidence.

Storage and Files

To upload, download, store, and access documents and media files.

Location Services

To support attendance, field execution, route tracking, and location verification.

Contacts

To support customer-approved communication and business processes.

Users may control certain permissions through their device settings; however, disabling permissions may limit functionality.

DalotIQ implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

DalotIQ is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms operated independently from our Services.
